Students enrolling at FVTC who are planning to collect
veterans educational benefits should apply for these benefits through
Enrollment Services, Room E111, which processes applications for both state and
federal educational benefits.

- Supply
a copy of your separation papers, DD-214 or if active duty or reserves, present
a NOBE (Notice of Basic Eligibility) Form 2384
- If
you have previously used MGIB benefits at a previous school, complete Form
22-1995
All students receiving these benefits must be recertified
for each new semester enrollment. Please
provide the VA certifying official in Enrollment Services with a copy of your
course schedule. You must also notify
the certifying official of any changes in course schedules as they occur.

State GI Bill
application procedure:

WI GI Bill school application form WDVA 2029 (must be submitted to the
college within 14 calendar days from the semester start date)
- Complete
the WI GI Bill state application form WDVA 2030
- Complete
a WDVA 0001 Eligibility Determination
WI GI Bill provides a 100% waiver of tuition for eligible
veterans and dependents of deceased or disabled eligible veterans for up to 8
full-time semesters or 128 credits.
